FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Yes I have a degree which I completed in 2012, I studied for 5 years to obtain my BA Hons in Interior Design and Spatial Planning from the University of Wolverhampton.
After taking a brief from you over a call, I create a quote based on your personal needs and level of project involvement if this is for my design service not listed with a price on the website. The quote stays the same unless you add additional tasks to the brief, which if chargeable, I will make you aware of before commencement. You receive some iterations within what you have paid, so don’t worry, not all changes are chargeable. The payment is broken down over time, initially a booking feel (% of total quote), monthly amount over a set period of time and then final amount on completion, these will all be broken down clearly for you to see. I can accept credit card if required. There are no hidden fees. Please remember my quotes are no obligation, so don’t be afraid to ask, see some example projects and their cost on portfolio page.
I have a document I could send you showing the process and some examples if you want to see more, please just fill out my contact form on the contact page, but on a complete project you would receive the following.
- Concept board- Digital-a mood board showing images representing the kind of style I am proposing based on your brief.
2. Floor plans/Elevations)- floor plans show you how I am suggesting the space should be laid out.
3. Design Development- Mood board showing specified elements such as furniture, fixtures and equipment(FF&E).
4. A working document sharing all product and finish information, so that it is accessible for all working on the project.
5. Possibly 3d render visuals(if you have paid for these, not standard)

Yes I can offer this, within this, I will make sure the project runs smoothly, deal with any issues relating to implementation, organise quotes and present these and vet for you, provide any information the trades need, order any products and deal with any issues that may arise with products on your behalf within the period of time that the project is being implemented. I will not be onsite to check deliveries, let trades in etc.
Within your terms & conditions, you are given a set of iterations, so changes can be made, this is very much a period of discovery, so don’t be worried if it is not quite there first time, it’s a process, but this is the idea of the concept stage, it helps us discover your style and is like a process of elimination, but be comforted in the fact that usually I can read people well, so we will get to a a point where you love it all and that is when my job is done!
That all depends on your timescale, availability of trades and products, especially these days, but there are small steps we can take to help make the process run smoothly on both sides, but we can talk more about this.
