Renovation- Residential redevelopment (In Progress)

My involvement: For this client, they came to me before commencing the project. They wanted guidance from day 1. The client has previously started the project many years ago and was not ready to pick it back up and complete it. They had plans from the architect to which I could work to. The client wanted support with everything from the exterior finishes to the interior and engaged me for a concept to completion service (see services page to understand further). The client engaged their own builder to which I worked alongside. I worked with my client to specify everything from joinery to switch plates. I liaised with him and the builder to design the kitchen and bathrooms providing concept mood boards, floor plans, elevations where needed and 3D Visuals to communicate the design. I also worked with the client to plan and specify exterior finishes and light landscaping. This project is still a work in progress and I continue to support the client with all things site related. I will soon be specifying furniture, lighting, and accessories for selected spaces within the development ready for sale.
As this is a continuing project, I can request that you speak to the client for references, until the project is complete and I can share the finished design.
